Rising Star Program

Rising Stars (RS). RS is a closed group type of enrollment program for 18yrs and older meaning that all participants had to enroll and be accepted by a certain date in order to be in the program. You must be an adult (18yrs old) but can still be enrolled in high school or a post vocational program to be in this program. To become involved please contact us at info@unitedthroughhope.org.
